Smosh er en web-basert komikerduo grunnlagt av Ian Hecox og Anthony Padilla. Smosh er basert på selvskrevne sketsjer. Smosh startet da Padilla publiserte noen amatør-videoer på nettsiden sin. Videoene ble veldig populære, så Padilla, sammen med kameraten Ian Hecox, startet kanalen Smosh på det ganske nye nettstedet YouTube.
