Hun Sen, opprinnelig Hun Bunal, er en kambodsjansk politiker. Han var Kambodsjas statsminister i periodene 1985–1993 og 1998–2023. I periodene 1979–1986 og 1987–1990 var han også utenriksminister. Tittelen «Sâmdech» ble knyttet til hans navn i 1993 av kong Norodom Sihanouk, men dette er kun en ærestittel og gir ham ikke flere privilegier eller ytterligere makt.
