Bart Albert Liliane De Wever er en belgisk-flamsk forfatter, historiker og politiker som siden 3. februar 2025 har vært Belgias statsminister. Fra 2004 til 2025 var han partiformann i Nieuw-Vlaamse Alliantie (N-VA), et politisk parti som arbeider for å omdanne Belgia til en konføderasjon. Fra januar 2013, etter lokalvalgene i 2012, til februar 2025 var han ordfører i Antwerpen.
